I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We paid them thousands of dollars to professionally pack and move our belongings to the west side and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. The way our items were packed was honestly shocking. Random household items, electronics, cords, toiletries, kitchen items, glass containers, food, and cleaning supplies were all just thrown together in boxes with little to no organization or protection.

The movers themselves were great no problem there. They were fast, clean, took care of my stuff and very professional. However, the quote was misleading. I called and ask for a 1 bedroom quote and when I asked if there was any additional fees I was told no. But to our surprise we were charged a travel fee the day of moving, it makes sense to have a travel fee but that’s why I asked if there was any additional fees but was told there wasn’t any so $150 and hour sounded great to me (I don’t mind paying I just wish I…

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡😡😡 First, hired three men, at an extra fee, two showed and still tried to charge the extra. Was charged for a half hour while one waited for the second to even show up. UPDATED version, had to delete most of the original to fit/respond: The follow up comments they made to my review, are far fetched, other than yes, I hope to deter people from having to go through what I am. And yes, they had one job to do, secure the load! A successful move begins with how things are packed!

Absolutely the worst moving company we’ve ever dealt with. They were rude, unprofessional, and had no respect for us or our belongings. Instead of focusing on the job, they spent time judging me and my family, even going through our personal items in ways that felt invasive and completely inappropriate. That is not only unprofessional—it’s flat-out unacceptable. On top of that, their attitude was nasty from start to finish. The way they spoke to us was condescending, like we were an inconvenience to them.

Do not ever go through this company I have a 10:00 appointment and no one ever called or showed up I had to call and all the managers do is text very unprofessional spend the extra money and get quality movers. Now my grandma has no one to help her move ver add situation company sucks!

These guys are awesome 👌 I bought a new power reclining set of sofas from Portland Oregon and brought them home in a trailer. I thought I had some help lined up but unfortunately that didn't work out. These sofas were too heavy for my wife and I to handle. I called them and they arrived in 45 minutes. Thank God.... I didn't know what I was going to do. They did great work and even helped us set them up. I am very appreciative for your services and quick response. Thank you very much!
