I did not even get to the point of moving with this company. I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate they never called me & when I called to see what was going on they advise the mover was stuck in a meeting very unprofessional they could have advised us via text instead of having us wait and wake up my whole family as they would have to view the rooms we needed moving.I would not be able to rely on them to move my stuff based on the situation

If I could give negative stars I would. They ruined thousands of dollars worth of furniture, advertised padding and never used any. They are not responsive to concerns and said damaged furniture is a part of the move and should be expected. Ruined carpet and door frames pushing furniture through areas.
Confirm my appointment multiple times via email and phone calls. Then on the day of my move they never showed up and I sat there waiting. There was no phone number to contact anybody because they weren’t even open yet then the mover showed up two hours later. I had canceled by then.

Set up estimate meeting at 1 today. Wait around and get a call at 12:50 and tell me they can't do it today. Can schedule it for next Thursday. I said forget it and will look elsewhere. If they can't make an appointment and don't notify a person that has been waiting around all morning then what can a customer expect come moving time. My time is as valuable as yours is.

The guys that did the actual moving were great. Unfortunately, the office staff were an absolute nightmare. Would not recommend. Still haven't been reibursed for the losses after 5 months. Its too bad, as they came recommended.

Mendez Bros did a great job, couldn't be happier. Berto and Conner were on time, careful, friendly and efficient.
Used these guys to move from Yakima to Vancouver. Super great team. They were VERY helpful. One of the best things is that they were very communicative and they double checked with me on everything. They were very clean and were super careful all my contents. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family. Great job!!
Mendez Movers showed up on time and went right to work. They packed up my grandmother's Haviland and nothing broke during the move. Alberto and Connor worked hard all day and were finished by mid-afternoon. At the end, the final bill came to less than the estimate. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we'll call Mendez!
I hired them to haul away some very heavy sofa's and an old picture tube TV (45" extremely heavy and awkward). The boys were so kind, didn't complain at all and were done very quickly. Very happy with the service from Mendez Movers. Will definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!!
