The sales person for this business is Tony. He is amazingly friendly and gives wonderful pep talks to stressed out people who are moving. He was amazing as we were trying our best to conquer the challenges of packing, selling a home, and working on an inspection sheet all at the same time. Just when we thought we’d “break” - in came Tony - with his cheerful “words of advice”! BUT: The packing, loading and delivery part of the move was very much different!! B E W A R E!!!

I have to say I would not use you again. Many items did not arrive but were put on the truck from our storage area. Not good customer service. Truck driver stated many things were not marked so he didn't know who they belong to so someone got a lot of our. Items

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Writing another review...My daughter needed help moving and I knew the only movers I would ever trust are these guys. David, Ivan and Anthony were professional and friendly. They arrived early and moved everything so efficiently and quickly. I am so happy that Tony was able to help my daughter out with her move. I recently used Independent moving for a local move from Spring Hill to Port Richey. The owner Tony personally came out to give me a flat rate quote. Not an hourly rate which most companies do then nickle and dime you with unnecessary fees and traveling hours. I knew what the price was upfront and it never changed. The movers where outstanding!!! 5 stars!!! They where all very respectful, worked fast, safely and all my items arrived safely with no damage whatsoever.

Amazing customer service - both with their scheduling and the actual movers! I recently moved in Pasco county and the customer service was top notch. I quickly received my flat rate quote when I filled out the inventory list of my home and they were flexible and accommodating to my requested date. On moving day, David, Joe & Anthony were my movers and they took extra care with my furniture/boxes and got everything packed up efficiently. All 3 guys were very friendly and patient the entire move.
