I wish I could leave zero stars. This is a scam. I paid a deposit and they never showed up. I called and texted for hours. When I finally did get an answer the man I scheduled with and paid the deposit to finally answered saying he only schedules and has no way of contacting the owner. After five hours I get a response by text saying the van to take the movers to yhe truck broke and all the movers phones were dead.
Thank you for your feedback. We take all review concerns seriously, but we would like to set the record straight regarding what occurred. On the day of your move, our initial transport truck experienced an unexpected breakdown.
Terrible. Do not use this moving company. My family was scheduled with them on a Friday afternoon and we ended up getting cancelled on Friday evening because the job scheduled before us took longer than they anticipated. I understand things like this commonly happen in the moving business, but what SHOULD NOT happen is the owner offering absolutely no accommodation when we had to be out of our rental by the end of the weekend.
Sorry for your experience with our company. Unfortunately, we had our AM job run a lot longer than anticipated. We did call and inform the customer which was not the person leaving this review. We also told the customer we would move them … More
The only good thing I can say about this company is that they [eventually, after repeated follow-up] returned my [senior] mum's deposit. After attempting to reschedule my mum's out-of-state move 3 days before the move was scheduled (and being told no, that wasn't possible), JR's instead cancelled 3 HOURS before they were scheduled to arrive. Extremely unprofessional and entirely untrustworthy - do NOT hire these movers.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We unfortunately had our truck broke down and was renting U-Hauls while it was being fixed. While we was on a job that truck broke down and we was unable to complete the move which caused jobs to be cancelled.

Joseph, Logan, and another guy did amazing on our move today! They were polite, professional, and careful with our belongings. Instead of the regular youre lucky to have people help you feel, they made us feel like they were grateful for the job and that was refreshing to see and have around! Glad we got referred to you guys and i hope they loved their valentines goodie bags!! Thank you again!

After living in my home for 47 years I down sized to a condo. The young men spent time setting up before they even came to the door. They did a great job and were nice and respectful. Showed up on time and didn't hurry. I highly recommend this company.
