If I could give the service a minus Stars I would for example I was in the store one day last week buying boxes there was nobody in the store but me and the person that sold me the boxes, I walked out to my car drove my car out of the parking lot and around to the other side where they couldn't see me Park and called them.
Nothing. The truck broke down after 15 miles and the sales man hung up on me when trying to call to get it fixed. The roadside assistance number said I should keep driving the truck (if I felt safe) after I told them the wheel was about to …
The guy with the pony tail was very rude and not helpful. He got mad and yelled at me because I asked him about a discrepancy on my bill
Went to pick up a trailer that I reserved the night before when I got there all was good they had the trailer.i reserved the trailer on my wife's credit card $40 for the trailer and then a deposit on the trailer after you bring it back cleaned out. This was my first time doing this with a card and wasn't sure how it charged it so I asked to make sure I understood how the card would be charged cause it's not my card and thought I had already paid for it when I got there to pick it up and found out I didn't.
Avoid renting a uhaul from this location, at all cost! I would give one star if possible. I rented a VAN ($19.95 PER DAY + MILEAGE) for 4 days. They have charged me $567.75 after I switched to the unlimited miles. The last time I rented a truck from them, same thing. RIDICULOUS fees and unexplained charges. Ive rented from the location on LaFountaine and always end up getting money returned.
Probably should have read reviews. Reserved a U-Haul truck and furniture dolly 2 weeks ago. Got here, no dolly available. We literally move tomorrow. Today we load and tomorrow it goes. We asked about getting one from the other location and was told that they won’t have to honor the reservation made at this location. I asked if they were owned by separate owners and was told no. Soooo why not honor our reservation!? Ridiculous.
Do not give this place your card information I don’t know whether is the owner or the employees but they have a massive scam going on after I paid for my U-Haul van and the miles that I used almost a month later they try to charge me several hundred dollars saying I went 217 miles when in fact, I only went 15 miles This place is an absolute joke
Go somewhere else! Complete lack of service. Arrived to pick up reserved trailer-only to be told I had to drive to logansport to get it-despite their being several trailers on site. Apparently those were reserved but our reservation wasn’t honored. No offer for compensation. No offer for them to go get the trailer. Poor service.

I have never experienced a more caring group of ppl! Every single one of the employees made me feel comfortable and cared for. I been going through it lately . Most businesses wouldn't care about what your going through in life. But this company worked with me and made the experience with them stress free!
