The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
These guys are fantastic. I got quotes from various companies to have the baby grand I purchased delivered. Not only were their prices higher but I wasn't left with the confidence the piano would be in good hands. I knew enough to know that you can screw up a piano if it is improperly moved and transported. Then I found Josh and JT Piano Services. Josh has been tuning and moving pianos for many years and mentioned he grew up with his father having been a lifelong piano tuner. He definitely knows his craft.
J.T. Piano Services is an excellent resource if you have any style piano. And an even better resource if you have a special piano, such as a grand piano, an expensive or a rare piano. I have been using Josh for several years now to tune and keep my beautiful grand piano in tip top shape. Josh is not just a piano tuner, he is a certified piano technician. He is the guy that you DO want touching your $150K piano, not just some stranger that says they tune.
I called Josh once to get a quote on moving my family's piano from my parents house to my house. Then I thought I would do it myself. If you have never tried moving a piano it's no easy task. I called Josh back about two weeks later and his response was polite and inviting and he even told me he could come move it in 30 minutes. Low and behold not only did he and his crew make the job look easy but even found a solution to get it around the narrow hallway and into my office.
Josh is a fantastic technician who has worked wonders on my Steinway baby grand. His communication is great - both coordinating tuning appointments and explaining what is being done or should be done with the piano for it to perform its best. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, industry knowledge, and musicality. Thank you!!!
