We did not receive a high level of professionalism and customer service with JoMo moving. The owners wife physically walked through our entire house and was shown everything in the house. We then followed up with them via email and phone call several times. I questioned them more than once if they felt everything would fit in one moving truck and I was told that everything would fit and not to worry.

We definitely did not receive the 5 star rating that other people have received from this local moving company. They gave us a reasonable quote, could move us on the dates needed and came recommended to us. After having used their services I can not recommend them at all as a moving company. The packing process left a lot to be desired.

Here are some of the responses I received from the owner via email: "We could have worked things out like adults before the bad review. I think it's best if we both just move on. Have a great day". "No it will not. But I'm also not going to pay someone to be mad at me. How does that make sense? So again, I hope you have a great day." Be cautious in who you trust as "professionals". Just want consumers to be able to make an informed decision when choosing a moving company.

The whole move was a nightmare after being assured that all I would have to do is sit and drink coffee. It was so horrible that I can’t even list all the things that went wrong.all I can say is that I would be much better off using day laborers that’s how bad it was

Christian and Skyler did an outstanding job on a hot day! I highly recommend JOMO Moving and especially these two hard working and dedicated young men. Oh, and they were extremely polite and attentive to taking care of the furnishings and being careful not to scratch the walls. 5 Stars!

JoMo Moving helped me with my move this morning. An absolutely fantastic crew and company all the way around. Communication was top notch from the company. Our crew was Christian, TJ, and William. If I ever I had to move again, that crew would be my go to. Very conscientious about our furniture and careful with everything they did. Pricing was super reasonable.
