What a disappointing after-service experience. They stopped responding to my calls after they are done with the service, leaving me with broken stuff. I used New Age Movers twice for in-state moving, and this was the first time I had an out-of-state move. Everything worked well at first and they were really trying to help me, but in the end, some of my stuff ended up broken, so I had to request reimbursement. It has been a month now, and I am still waiting to get my money back from them.

Don’t hesitate—book New Age Movers now! Robert and Duke were nothing short of amazing. We had an entire heavy dining set (two-piece china cabinet, buffet, and dining table w/ chairs) moved. Everything was wrapped, including the fixtures and glass shelves. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. This was such a stress free and seamless process, that I would have no hesitation using their services again. Thank you for making this a great experience!
I will definitely use this company again for any and all future moves! On the day that I was scheduled to move the original movers cancelled on me! I was so upset and frustrated because I needed to get this move done. After speaking with my sister and telling her what happened, she immediately went to her neighborhood website and sent me a list of movers that were listed. I called one company and they were extremely high.
Nick and Malcolm were amazing moving all of our enormous, huge heavy Office Furniture to a three story building some things would not fit in the elevator so those 2 strong men took 2- 7’ shelves up to the 3rd story with no issues. I highly recommend New age movers. For commercial or residential movers. I shall refer this first class moving company to all Company, family, friends and employees. And thank you Robert for your speedy response. On all my questions I had during this move. 100% satisfaction. For sure.
We had a really wonderful experience moving into our first home with the New Age Movers team! They moved our 3 bedroom home from Magnolia to Spring in 5 hours with 3 guys which included a very difficult fridge , washer and dryer, & heavy copper statue. They arrived early, were very kind and professional and they were so sweet to work around my 2 crazy young sons running around the entire time.
