Terrible experience, nobody at facility for two weeks and couldn't make payment so got charged a late fee, someone was supposed to call, never did then put my unit in auction status after only 30something days late. Very unprofessional and rude people, get any other storage facility but this one!

Terrible customer service price increased extremely. Saginaw, Michigan location office was barely open. I personally had to call several times in order to have my account closed would not recommend

Since this facility changed ownership the level of professionalism, or lack there of it, has been startling. The facility has had power issues, leading to an uninformed shut down of the building. No emails, no notices. I visited the building at 8 am one morning, couldn't get back in by 7pm the same day. After multiple calls for help to get the the work equipment needed in the unit for a work event early the next morning, I'd been continually blown off and told that I'd have to wait until business hours the next…

5/17/25- Very upset with this facility. While I enjoy the set up of the storage everything else falls very short. The 2nd smallest of units went from $25 to nearly $70 within like 4 months. No email/text or letters about it. Just randomly the next month I go to pay and it is nearly double. I went to go in to end my lease with them today, I have till the 20th and the facility just decides that it is going to be closed until the 20th leaving me to have to do everything last minute.

We were moving from a larger, 10'x20' storage unit down to a 10' x 10' unit at the Bay Road location down by the mall. We were told that the rate would be $80/month. After we moved, we were informed that the rate was $120/month. When we asked why such an increase, we were told that 'rates change daily' and 'we don't control that.' Trying to talk to anyone in management is a waste of time. They don't care and you will be a burden on their day.

I paid for a unit up front for a year and 3 months into rental time they raised the price 3x. Not 5-10 dollars which would seem logical but $57 dollars a month increase. From $28 to $85 a month. Don't trust them because they were dishonest on the repurchase price not going up. I've included a copy of the email they sent me.
