Had multiple items come up missing and my fridge got damaged. My jewelry box, a few electronics, and an expensive purse. I am highly upset. Not happy with their service at all.

Unfortunately, it took 8+ hours to load and unload ONE 26ft truck. I ended up helping unload because we were so far over time. This was twice as long as the quote and now we are left with having to finish the job on our own. Also, we were told the movers would have tools to disassemble some gym equipment. They did not bring said tools so the equipment was not moved. The laborers were respectful and polite but I am disappointed to say the least.

Employees told me 2 hours to move what we needed, I laughed and said no really...he again reassured me it wasn't his 1st rodeo. 18hours later and had to come back to finish emptying basement. Left my garage door open all night after reassuring me they closed it. House was not empty either. They Worked til 1:30am on a work night with little kids needing to go to bed for school. Had I known it would be this long of a move I would of hired someone else that would of been done in 8hours.
