In their own words
ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY AND THEY DON’T CARE IF YOUR STORAGE UNIT IS BROKEN INTO AND YOUR THINGS STOLEN. 15 FIFTEEN!!! UNITS BROKEN INTO DECEMBER OF 2025!!! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL BUSINESS. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP. DON’T RENT HERE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO! SHAME ON YOU RIVERSIDE!!!!!
I don’t recognize your name from our tenant list but if something was stolen you need to report it to the police. We report all vandalism but we cannot report items stolen that we don’t own. Anything inside the unit would need to be reported to the police. We cannot stop criminals.
I would not recommend renting from this company not unless you don't mind paying a different price ever 6 months . It's ridiculous …
The reason for the increase is that you’re behind on rent
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
They had the size of storage unit I needed and in a convenient location.. friendly faces when signing up for the unit.. gated and lots of outside lighting
Not a current customer of Rivers bend, however, I was stranded in their parking lot with some very simple car troubles this morning but I didn't have tools on me. Both a gal at the desk and Max were extremely helpful and lent me a hand and got me on my way. Max was fantastic
Almost three years before we finally moved out. Great place overall. Owner responds to emails, and the site is very clean and safe. Not to mention the gates close at night.
Just rented a 10×20 spot so far so good. Nice new building and I thought the price was very fare also.
