The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Great experience overall. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access whenever I needed it. Staff was professional, helpful, and made the rental process quick and smooth. The unit itself was exactly the size I expected and well maintained. Definitely gave me peace of mind storing my belongings here. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review!
Kelley’s Storage is a safe and clean facility. The thing is they are super responsive and a great company to work with. Reasonable rates too. The next time I need to store anything Kelly’s is my go to.
Thank you for your kind words. I am so glad that you had a great experience storing your belongings with us!
Great experience. I received excellent service from the time I contacted them to inquire about rates and availability until I cleared out my unit. I have used several storage facilities throughout my moves and this is the only place that provided locks and put down skids in part of the unit so the boxes did not have to go directly on the concrete. My favorite feature was having doors at both ends of the unit, that made accessing items so much easier.
Thank you very much for the nice review. I really appreciate it!
I used Kelley's Storage to store my furniture and household belongings for 5 months during a complicated move. My experience with Kelley's was phenomenal from start to finish-- Debby is wonderful to work with and getting set up was very straightforward. The facility on the South Side feels very secure and I was never worried about the safety of my belongings. Moving in and out was very smooth and I could not have asked for a better experience.
Thank you so much for the nice review.
