Never again will I use them everrrrrr! They showed up 30 mins late & I was still charged for 2hrs when clearly it was not 2hrs. Just think they are scammers for the money. & they charged me like that because the daughter of this company was very rude to me. Been warned not to use them & I shouldn't have! This is a life lesson on my end. Never again 🚫🚫🚫🚫 they will lie to your face.
Zero stars! We had a leak from our toilet. Service Master in Granger came and did the tear out of all the wet materials of the home... floors, vanity, walls, and left our furniture in the home with their mega fans and "air purifiers"... swirling around all the sewage air on all our personal belongings. Then our insurance company sent a POD for our personal belongings (furniture, rugs, mattress, storage bed.) Matt Parker of Service Master sent a moving company "My Movers" to move our stuff into the POD.
This is the the absolute worst moving company! I have no idea how they have any positive reviews unless they paid people for them. They are rude, lazy, and non helpful They wouldn’t take items downstairs they just responded that it wouldn’t fit. They left items in the middle of my garage when I asked them to move them next to the wall. They asked us to help them move items.

Communication with Joshua in the office was outstanding. The crew that loaded our household were careful with our items and considerate of our home. They were timely and efficient. It was a good value for quality service. I would definitely recommend.
I hired My Movers expecting a moving company. What I got was a moving company, a logistics team, a crisis management crew, and possibly a group of trained hostage negotiators. When Joshua and his crew arrived, we discovered the previous owners had apparently misunderstood the concept of a closing date and were still very much… there. Their belongings filled the house, and their movers appeared to be participating in a slow-motion reenactment of a move.

My Movers are excellent. We have used them several times. And are always so satisfied with their service. Prompt and very hard workers. I recommend them to anyone needing movers.
I'm so happy we decided to hire the My Movers team to help us in our move to Wisconsin from South Bend! Josh was great with answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date with the plan for our move. The moving team was fantastic as well! they packed, loaded, and unloaded everything so we didn't have to lift a finger. they even helped me take some brackets off the walls for our TVs and baby gates.
