My experience with this company is undisclosed and sneaky billing. I see in your one star reviews that i am not the only one with these issues. Call Bin there dump that, or Junk Bee Free. These companies are alot more professional. No my name is not in your records, i am leaving this review on behalf of my mother who does not use internet. She was thoroughly ripped off and taken advantage of by you. Shame. How much will you pay to have this review removed? Like you have with all the others you dont like? Your fake.

Terrible costumer service. Weren't informed of the late fee of $10 per day after 7 days rental. No contract was sent stating this. So buyer beware. If we had of known of the late fee we would have scheduled a pick up day. Find another company that lets you know all the fees up front and save yourself some money.
If your being charged $120 per tonne of garbage then your getting ripped off. This company takes its customers bins to a site that charges less than $100 per tonne. Do your homework people.... …

It was a great experience. Bin was on time, ordering, quoting and payment was easy and communicative. There is definitely pride behind this business. The bin dropped at my home look almost new. The service professional & on time, will definitely use Redmond in the future.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Ken Redmond Inc. we required a container quite unexpectedly - and they responded very rapidly, delivering the container early next morning. It was scrupulously clean and the container was 100% secure. Payment was very reasonable and extremely fair. Once we had finished, we called to inform Ken and it was collected, without any issues whatsoever. Our furniture came out of the container as clean as the day there were loaded.
