I hired a local company to help me move with my family out of province. It was the worst experience of my life. Mike said he would lot it the friday before my flight left. He changed the day to the day i was gone. Had to hire someone to let them in to pack. 5000.00 worth of furniture damaged had to be replace, missing items, the guys who brought my items were nice but when I called Mike the owner he said it was my fault for moving my garage items with my household items.
I had a bad experience. I expect some damage to occur in the moving process and I am okay with some bumps and nicks occurring to some furniture and walls, especially when heavy pieces are being moved. The extent of damage was too much. When they got to my house, they backed into the driveway and almost took out a tree, even with a staff member guiding them from outside the vehicle. Nothing was damaged here, but it was worrisome to watch.
I booked with this company because they advertise their rates as quoted are final. It was my worst nightmare to be in the middle of a stressful move and the company telling you they needed extra money on the spot. I contacted Q's and sent …

I only had a couple pieces for him to pick up for me from a market place buy and bring it to my house. He was so busy but he put in the effort late in the evening to swing by and grab it for me and brought it to my house the next morning. Very polite, professional, kept me informed of his intentions and where abouts so I had no worries. I highly recommend this service and will be using them again. Val B
