The rating breakdown
4 of the 25 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Keystone Self Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 25 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Manager very rude. My son had his belongings in a storage unit here. We moved out of state. After a couple of months, we were attempting to sell the things in the storage. Gave the key to a local friend to go over and open as needed. Almost every person involved told us how rude the manager was. Then right on day 10 of not making a payment, someone was going over to empty the unit for him and she locked out his code and wouldn't let them in. Once again, that person was sure to tell us how rude she was
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I will suggest anyone needing a storage unit to come here and they will get friendly service and someone who cares about your possessions. Also care about you to check up on you when you are out in the cold checking on you possessions when you are out there for a longer period of time. I like the way they care.
I absolutely recommend this location for all your needs. Very professional and friendly service, lots of options, clean units, and trailer for help with moving in and out. Thanks so much to the owner/operators for great customer service 😀 …
Had a great experience and found a storage within an hour! Frank is pretty cool too. No one else in the area was available and he helped and was nice throughout the entire process.
Kim is alway very friendly and easy to understand!! I would never go anywhere else 😄 …
