The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

Spoke to a lady the day before she was very helpful on a Sunday. Monday morning came to office no one answered phone from 8 am untill 1040. Lady I spoke to was very rude. Claims she was the manager . Raised her voice. And continuously talked over me. No access to office and to wait until the rude lady Answered the phone. And told me she doesn't work on Mondays and it's not her problem no one is there. Lol great customer service. I wouldn't go here if someone paid it for me.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Absolutely best storage facility in Lake Havasu City. Laura is amazing and communicating with her was easy and stress free.. She is helpful and always available for anything I had questions or needed help with. I definitely will use them again in the future if I ever need a storage unit again. I will also recommend them to any and everyone.
The unit I rented was reasonably priced, the owner was kind and friendly. She informed me when a larger unit became available, and even helped me move some of my things into it. I have never had any problem with this company.
Great pricing and they were very accommodating, when I had to change storage unit sizes. I highly recommend them.
Ever since I started using Kiowa storage back in 2017 the price and staff were great! Between the security gate and cameras, I know my items are safe. I once received a call from the staff after getting a new vehicle and making a late night stop at my unit. Before I could even get my lock off I got the call asking if I allowed someone to enter my storage unit. Definitely recommend!
