My parents booked a move with this company in a timely fashion to move out of their home. The night before the move, the company cancelled. This left my elderly parents to do the move on their own. My father was in the moving business for 25 years, so he was capable of managing the furniture. I live out of state and couldn't be there to help my parents move before the holidays. Do not book these shameful people. They obviously can't keep their word; only the client should ever cancel a booking so short notice.
I can see that all you want to do is post items. We have a responsiblility to protect our staff and customers. Anyone today would know that if people are sick, have the FLU or test for COVID-19, you do not send them into a customer's … More
I could give 0 stars I would. What a joke of a company. Be prepared. They will outsource the move to a smaller company. In this case it was "grand American movers". They will do deceitful things. For example, tell you in the quote storage is .30-.50 per cubic foot, but when the secondary company picks up. They will write on the bill of lading 1.25 per cubic foot and rush out. You can hardly read it and then they told me I should have called them. I didn’t even know what I was reading. It was all chicken scratch.

I am not usually one to leave a review, but I wanted to advise everyone to not bother with this company. My father, an older man in his 60’s, contracted these people to come and do his move. They called on the day of the move to cancel. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect is disgusting. My father had to do the move entirely by himself as they had to be moved out by a certain day. It was hard on his body. This is not a company you can count on.

We spoke to these movers and asked them to keep a certain day open. My daughter sent pictures of her townhome and we waited over a week for an estimate. We called again today and they told my daughter that they booked that day already and that they don't do large moves. Website says you do houses this is only a three-bed two bath town home going to a single family home. What kind of people are these? Now two weeks before the move we have to find a new mover. I would highly recommend Legacy Moving Services !! They were very professional to work with! They took such good care of moving my parent’s piano to my daughter’s house! I wanted my daughter to have this very old piano for sentimental reasons. They did an excellent job and I will definitely hire them again in the future when I need something else moved. Thank you, thank you thank you for a wonderful job of moving my fragile piano!
