While at a meeting with my property manager, lips moving inc arrived to move another client into their new location. The two men were very unprofessional and verbally aggressive towards my property manager pertaining to a situation not in regards to the current client or even pertaining to my property manager directly. I myself felt personally uncomfortable as they had blocked the drive way with their moving truck.
Lips moving took 15 minutes to move a piano out. Charged us $250 on the spot, while talking inappropriately to my wife. Then messaged 3 days late that we owed an extra $75. We did not pay so they dropped the piano off on our driveway 10 days later.
I hired them about fours years of ago. The owner told me I was bossy when was stating what I needed to be moved. Secondly the helping hands were over 50 yrs old. The helping hands dogged it so my move took twice as long.I was charged 1100 dollars to move a average one bedroom apt.avoid this mover very unprofessional and expensive.
Spent more time telling stories than working, so slow, if my wife and I didn’t help we would have not been out on time! I see why they charge by the hour! See photos of how they packed us and took no accountability.. this mess cost us $4200

I hired Lips Moving on very short notice to move office furniture at work. They arrived on time and got everything moved in an efficient manner. They were courteous and obliging.
Lip's services were on time, and the boys worked hard , made sure all my stuff was secure and did lots of hard lifting of furniture , no damage. I recommend them, especially like me , on a budget and needed good movers without the expensive hassle! Hire Lips for your move !
Hire them!!! The most professional, trustworthy, high quality, caring and honest moving company. They are fully capable of meeting all your needs from packing and moving your most precious, sentimental and valuable to the heaviest, awkward and biggest. Lips Moving is the best company you will ever hire. I am beyond grateful for all the service, care, professionalism, expertise and experience they offered my family and I. I will never hire anyone else! They treated my family, like we were their family.
What can we say about LIPS Moving and JB?? Phenomenal service! We hired LIPS to move our business inventory from Ontario to New Brunswick. JB took great care to ensure our inventory arrived safely and without damage. He was on time and his communication was great! Always kept us updated. Very professional but our conversations made us feel like he was a part of our family! Would we hire him again? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you (James Bond lol) for your great service!
