This place was great until it was bought out and it went downhill fast When they came in they immediately raised the prices and then did it again a few months later almost $20 more a month. I had a climate controlled unit that was fully air conditioned last summer but this year the temp is 118. When I asked the girl at the front why she said they just keep it from getting hotter than it is outside. She also said the swamp coolers were being fixed. Which is it?

OH MY GOSH‼️ My husband and I went to grab a couple of items about 10 minutes until closing. It took us 15 minutes to get our belongings. We go to drive out and they LOCKED US IN! That is down right CREEPY that at 10pm they LOCK ALL …
I was happy until they raised the units price from $55 to $67 then to $87 since October. I've never had a small storage unit increase in price over 65% in less than a year.

This place is has good security, is very well managed with friendly staff, the property is kept clean, & the prices for a storage unit... is so so much cheaper than a storage unit in California! They will also work with you IF you're having problems with paying them... as long as you are totally HONEST with them & can prove it & keep your promises you make to them. Oh! Just make sure you get a unit that will be in the shade from our super hot [115° approximate average] summer sun...
Leased a smaller unit for some household furnishing for past two years. Property and units were always clean. Interior hallway had sufficient lighting and temperatures were moderate year round for my antique wood furniture. Fees were reasonable. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Would rent again if I needed storage.

Very well kept and secure, rented over 5 years. Larry was at there when I first rented, after he left Sally replaced him and recently when I closed out Dave, each one of them were always great to work with, always friendly and helpful.
