Beware of this moving company and the fake reviews. Andrew, the owner who lives in Mexico operates this company and did a 5 star review as Andrew Vitali. Unfortunately I didn’t discover that until after I hired them. He stated that it would be the best moving experience of my life. It was absolutely the worst experience. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am, they arrived at 11:15am with a beat up caged trailer.
Horrible business. He blows his workers off doesn't respond or pays them on time 5 hours late. He's running his business from Mexico and isn't honest.. I give him 0 stars tried to run off with 40$ he used his workers. Had to call from different number
movers are slow. They moved us for 3 days. Movers does not know what their doing. They put all our stuff in the garage. They dont know how stack the boxes. It's a complete disaster. These movers are a JOKE!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY …
Unfortunately have to revise this review. Owner promised full refund for the troubles he cause for our move, but hasnt. Non responsive through UHaul since already claimed payment code. Beware

Absolutely exceptional service from Luna Moves You! From start to finish, my experience with Luna Moves You was flawless. The team was professional, punctual, and handled every detail with genuine care. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, wrapping, loading, and unloading everything efficiently and safely. What really stood out was their attention to detail and friendly attitude.
If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. If you want to feel less stressful in time of moving, this is it. Luna Moves You was absolutely incredible to work with. From the moment I got in touch it felt like I was dealing with real people, not some soulless corporate machine that hides behind policies and automated messages. Carina and Christian were phenomenal. Carina was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. And Christian? He was like a magician. The way he handled the unloading.
We booked Luna Moves You through U-Haul for our move, our first time trying it out. I cannot say enough good things, from start to finish they were so professional and helpful! Received a text when I booked from the coordinator, who followed up with me a couple days before to confirm details. Both of the movers were incredibly hard working and problem solved the whole way through. Coordinator followed up afterward to make sure everything went well.
Had such a great experience with Luna Moves You. Zeke and AJ were right on time, super helpful and courteous. They were careful and quick and extremely respectful of my belongings. Even had some good suggestions on fun local attractions for …
