I got my stuff stolen by this storage and the manager couldn't do anything about it. What a joke i wouldn't reccommend this storage
This place will not give me my money back. I don't even have anything in storage any more. My stuff was out in Aug and they renewed the lease after I gave them the notice that I would be evacuating...Now i'm getting the run around..oh and phone tag...
1st time good, but second time it was horrible. Lack of respect and not willing to address an emergency situation with "professional" courtesy.

High prices and the unit gets dirt inside more and more every time I come here. Worst possible place to store your stuff.

I came into the local Fontana location today to tour a unit that I was interested in and Vanessa at the front desk helped me decide what was best for me. The prices and promotions were incredible and saved me a lot of money monthly compared to other locations I researched. Vanessa explained everything in detail and was kind and courteous, and we had a wonderful conversation about everything from the weather in Hawaii to Affordable housing in California and Las Vegas.
