The rating breakdown
0 of the 31 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Make Space Storage - Victoria are one or two star.
Worked out from 31 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Saanich
About the same as the middle of the 5 listings in Saanich we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Hi Rick, thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We're thrilled that you had such an awesome experience with us at Make Space Storage - Victoria!
I rented a storage unit to help declutter our house while we put it in the market. Nadine, from the office, led me through what I would need and was a friendly first point of contact! I had no idea it would be so easy and helpful to get my house ready for the market. Easy access to the unit, great hours for loading and unloading, super helpful and friendly office, and reasonable rates! I definitely recommend! Thanks to Nadine for making this one part of moving stress-free!!
Thank you so much Ashli, we're happy that we were able to help you! If there's anything we can do to assist in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Brand new clean storage facility. They use an app based system for getting in the gate and accessing the building in which your unit is located. A dolly for moving your gear from car to storage space is provided. The person who assisted me onsite was friendly and helpful. The only confusion came in the standard emails I received about access which added a requirement that did not apply to me.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Doug. We’re glad to hear things got off to a positive start, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the access emails. We’ll ensure your comments are shared with the team.
Make space n Nathan were saviours. My sister had a Uhaul spot that was full of black mold n in less the 18 hours was to deliver there. Saw mold n caught Nathan 20 minutes before closing on a long weekend n got a spot. Way better n better price . Cleaner n bigger then Uhaul. Amazing great. Thank you MAKE SPACE
We really appreciate the awesome review, Jennifer!
