Arrived late, had to go outside and discuss if they wanted the job because the owner lied to them about what the job was. Made me go buy 40 boxes, didn’t use a single one of them. Took my items and threw them in boxes, literally threw them. We had so much broken stuff in boxes. Dropped my brand new in a box iMac because they had an attitude. Rammed their moving truck into the tree out front taking down a huge branch, then left me to clear it.
Broke my peloton bike during the move. I’ve had to pay hundreds of dollars to fix. Ghosted me when I asked to move a dining table. I didn’t use the bike for over a year, I have proof that I did not pay the subscription. I can also show receipts of the peloton repair charges and parts and they said it was damaged during the move. You sent one mover to lift a very heavy bike up stairs and into a pickup truck

Overall fast and easy move however when my TV arrived it was broken. Additionally, the movers were late as well and not on time. Edit: thank you for your reply. However, I did not say that I was packing my own stuff I also did not box it with the stand on it and I never said I have packed a tv before. Thank you. I am not being dishonest. I did remove the stand from the tv and they did not state that it was packed incorrectly, I did.
