Do Not do business with these people. They are very sneaky with hidden fees and move outs. I called then asked to speak with a manager and they disconnected the phone call. Worst storage unit I ever used…I called & told them I would be moving my things out. I was told I would have to pay the days I used prior to me moving things out. I was charged full price the next day. Now that I moved my things out , they’re still hitting me up for payments, which they will never get. I don’t recommend this storage unit to anyone, they are a rip off & I my belongings was broke & I know I didn’t do it

Excellent place to get storage easily without the need of a human, however, today I got stuck in the gate for like 20 minutes and chat support did not help, neither did outsourced call support. And the fact they close at 4pm with no help is a problem! I had to have the fire department come out today, because the police department said they were too busy to help. So if I had an emergency, what am I supposed to do. I car camp, but I rather not stay in there overnight.

I love this facility ...it's SO EASY to rent online and I love how you can do everything you need to do without interruption to the stressful moving process. I highly recommend them. And they always have specials and that's a huge plus.

The first storage was all trashed and stuff left behind but they did listen to my concerns and fixed the issue for me so I appreciate for the response back and handle the matter with care.

The place was clean and well kept but it was very dark and spooky after the sun went down. Definatly need more lighting on the units. But other than that everything was great.
