In their own words
Making my appointment was very easy, text message responses were clear and easy to respond to. I had to change my appointment date and it was so simple, no phone calls, just a few quick text messages. Daylor was on time, courteous and took very good care of my old abused piano, it sounds amazing now. He also took the time to make some minor repairs and to fix some things that may potentially extend the tuning and playing life. I will use his services for my piano in the future, without question.
I could not recommend Daylor more highly. Booking was super easy with great communication all the way up through the day of the appointment for tuning and cleaning. He really took his time and showed excellent attention to detail. As a side note we really enjoyed listening to him play as he tuned, he's a talented individual!
Would definitely recommend Daylor! My piano has never sounded so good. Fair pricing, very easy to work with.
We purchased a secondhand piano that is nearly 100 years old and was in desperately in need of tuning after moving it in freezing temperatures. Daylor did a great job making it sound good again, he was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure to explain the tuning process as he went. His prices are very reasonable and he even fixed the pedals which had at some point in the past been hooked up backwards.
