Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 7 | 87.5% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 12.5% | |

| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Mr Merriman is very friendly and gets the job done effectively and efficiently. He knows a lot about pianos, and it is obvious. So glad he is available to help when the piano needs tuning or a key is sticking!
Thank you so much. It's our pleasure to make your piano right!
When I lived in South Bend many years ago, I rented an upright piano from these folks. The experience was so easy. I got to try out different pianos and chose one with a great heavy touch for practicing. It was bittersweet to part with the piano after a year. At the same time they made it so easy. I'm making this review now because recently I've had very different experiences with other piano movers and piano companies, and it made me remember how great Merrimans' was. You MUST work with Merrimans'.
They did a great job moving my piano. Polite, friendly, easy to work with. About $75 less expensive than a moving company. Would recommend
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
