They scratched my brand new floor 2 years ago. ( they were the first people to walk on it, and the only ones to move the table.) the company ignored us for the longest time, lied about fixing it or making it right. Never did anything expect not show up to fix it or make it right. Save yourself the headache and just hire people on fb and rent a U-Haul. You’ll be much better off. And i have all the proof and text logs still
Used this company last year for a move. Half of my alcohol went missing and a year later hasn’t shown up. After hearing more and more stories lately of people’s belongings being stolen by these movers I’m confident they stole might alcohol as well. Multiple very expensive bottles of liquor. Would never use these guys again.
Absolutely angry with these guys the first two times we have used them they were amazing showed up on time and never had an issue the last time we used them they had us wait around for 6+ hours before they showed up then beat around the bush costing we more then needed… now today I was told they would be here by 11 by 11:10 I had phone the lady in dispatch who was nice she called the guys for an eta I was told 1 hour and 30 minutes fast forward to 1pm I called dispatch with no anwser 1:15 I got a call from a guy…

I had a fridge delivered by MIB after the wildfire. Paint in the house was damaged, baseboards were damaged and the fridge was damaged. I was promised compensation by both MIB and Sears but never received anything. I would never use them again even if it were free.

I would highly recommend MIB moving. The team at MIB was quick, efficient and ensured all of my belongings were carefully moved to my new home. I was super stressed in the beginning as I've always moved my own things, but MIB alleviated any concerns and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!

A crew from MIB delivered and set up our new bed from sleep country yesterday. The office called ahead of time with the 3 hour window and the crew arrived on time. They were very polite and easy to deal with. Thank you

I would definitely refer anyone who is moving to use MIB, they were very efficient and professional. They made our move so easy and the four men who came to our house made us feel very at ease and they reassured us multiple times that we had nothing to worry about that they would handle everything and they sure did!!
They helped us to move our staff a couple years ago, patricia was the driver, she was funny and helpful, l think is the only time in my life l enjoyed moving with the amount of laughing we did, on top they ended up giving us a ride for free …
