I moved with them a few months back and paid their initial deposit. Then I paid the guys that helped me in cash with a very generous tip considering I was hauling stuff out of the truck right along with them. They never gave me a receipt, just an unfilled out bill with none of the hours or dates logged and no signatures. I thought that was weird but I was exhausted so I trusted them because this service came recommended to me.
Hi Jo, We have only charged for the service we provided. You were quoted at higher estimate and afterwards the final price was … More
I’m leaving this review because my nana won’t. Please get the paid insurance. Several of her bigger items were severely damaged. I am happy to say the men were very accountable for their actions & came to tell her right away about the damages.
BEWARE!! Horrible experience with this company on a management level!! Not with the actual movers : the strong, kind, hardworking men who did ALL THE heavy lifting, loading and moving of my home! The manual workers at MSI are AMAZING!! This company is LUCKY to have these guys be loyal to them. My review is for the owner of this company: John, and his sales rep Bill who pulled the classic BAIT AND SWITCH of financial manipulation!
As I understand it, Bill estimated to move the items that were shown to him and he gave you an itemized list of what he was shown to move but not every item was pointed out to him and therefore he didn't include those items in his estimate. … More

Joseph and Sammy and their crews were absolute professionals. They were on time, efficient, and respectful with all of our boxes! Will use them again.
I was a part of a production team doing a very difficult wedding in the west side of Los Angeles. This team followed us and our needs everyday as they changed constantly. The staff was attentive, careful, experienced, and respectful. …
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and for trusting us with such a complex wedding production. We know how quickly needs can change on multi-day events like this, so it’s great to hear that our team was able to adapt and support you throughout.
These guys are beyond amazing! We were lucky enough to get the same team for two separate moves two years apart, and tell me how, both times they blew us away with the quality of the service, professionalism and diligence. They arrived an hour early, in LA!! If you have to move and you’re in a pinch, these are your people! Trust me, even though your mama told you not to trust anyone who asks you to! 6 stars!
You really can’t get any better than with MSI! Roger, Hector and Tony went straight to business moving our entire home within just a few hours. My husband’s jaw was quite literally on the floor just with how fast and efficient everything went. I’m a repeat customer and I continue to get more and more impressed with them. No matter what kind of move, you need MSI!
