One of my items got damaged while in storage with these guys. It was a memory foam pillow, and it offgassed and leaked onto everything else in its box, so my bedsheets and other items had a orange, brown liquid all over it. Not sure how this happened. I suspect their storage warehouse got hot at some point, so it might not be as climate controlled as they claim. Also, they weren't very helpful when I needed my storage container dropped off after a year plus of storing it with them.
