Rude and very unprofessional...... I came to help a friend and I needed to use the restroom was not allowed. I asked for a business card the Storage Manager would not give me his card told me they're for the tenants only. What company doesn't allow the customers a business card?

This is one of the worst storage places ever. There is never anyone in the office when you need to conduct business. The times on the door are a joke. Then if you can't make your payment since there is no one in the office to take the payment thry charge you hella late fees. Plus the storage rent seems to go up every 6 months. Poor customer service, this place is a joke. Beware before you spend your money here.
Closed during open hours. No sign indicating how long it’ll be. I have to pee. Places to be. Whatever the reason I need to at least know if I’m gonna waste my time waiting or if I should just go.

Do not give them your credit card information my sister did that and they charged her card without her authorization which is illegal.
