So I don’t blame the movers. I blame the owner. He has done nothing to try to resolve it except for sending empty text messages that have no progression. They moved my stuff. They dumped it into the new house. They didn’t pack it out where I needed to go. They also broke my motorcycle and stole a laptop and an Xbox. We were all moving in together as roommates, and they affected each and every one of us I highly do not recommend this service.
The truck was 5 1/2 hours late for the job, then when they did show up, one of the movers was extremely rude. On top of this, they lost one of the wheels to a piece of furniture.
We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our service. It is clear that we fell short of the high standards we set for ourselves and the level of service you should expect.
I'd give zero stars if able. I scheduled via phone to have a piano moved from one address to another, and the movers never showed up to move the piano. I had to try to reschedule for a week later, and when trying to confirm a reschedule, they never responded to my texts, calls, or called me back. They intentionally ignored my calls, because they recognised my number when I would call, and I know this because when they did pick up before, the individual who picked up would say my name when answering.
I had scheduled for 3.15pm-5.15pm. I called and texted them during day time to confirm. They called me 3.33pm to let me know they coming 5.30pm-6pm. I was unhappy with time frame. I didn't want cancel it because I need to move the stuffs as soon as possible. They came 5.30pm. Then they had few damages the door from the house and when they got to the destination one of the guy broke the treadmill. I'm very unhappy with there service.
After seeing this review, our office attempted to contact you to better understand the situation and address the concerns mentioned. Unfortunately we have not been able to confirm the details or receive a response.
Bike gone laptop gone Xbox gone. Sent in the spread sheet like I was asked and no one responded. Also they stacked all the furniture in the house to the ceiling in one room.. So I had to move it myself while. Injured. Horrible experience will never recommend.

Divorce sucks. Moving is stressful. Sometimes you just need someone to show up, help you out, and not charge you outrageous fees for every little thing. After getting quotes from Two Men and a Truck and College Hunks in Colorado Springs—which were way out of my budget—I came across Movers On Demand. I sent photos, talked through what I needed, and decided to take a chance on a company I’d never heard of. Best. Decision. Ever. The team that handled my move was fast, careful, and genuinely kind.
