Xavier was the driver and technician for our 8ft POD drop off. He was clear on communication, punctual with his time estimate and clearly explained everything including the lock. Xavier was able to place the pod in the location I needed in the driveway and did an overall fantastic job. He did all of this without disturbing any of the neighbors or inconveniencing anyone.

PODS never let me down. From day one, I worked with the most incredible people—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. My absolute favorite was Xavier. He not only dropped off my POD at the beginning of my move, but also delivered it to my new location later on. He was helpful every step of the way and made the entire process so much easier. PODS provides an incredible service, and the people truly make the experience exceptional.

I love the pricing—PODS offered one of the best rates I found, and the service itself was reliable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because scheduling pickups or making changes can be a challenge. I wouldn't say I had to jump through hoops, but the hold times were often excessive, and getting adjustments made to my pickup schedule took longer than it should have. Improving customer service response times would make a big difference.

This location features a wide street with very little traffic, so you can easily park on the shoulder overnight. Additionally, many trucks arrive in the morning to unload, so you’ll be first in line. They unload right there on the street, so everything should go smoothly. Thank you for your business..
