Do not use this company. Our experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. We had a very bad experience with them during our move within town. They committed to handling our move but instead sent unvetted third-party contractors who clearly did not know how to move furniture properly. They were supposed to provide two trucks, but only showed up with one large truck and one small truck. As a result, items were poorly stuffed and not everything could be moved.

Movers - Great, very nice and professional. Management - Not great. I want to make it clear, the individuals who helped my husband and I move into our first home could not have been nicer, but this company set their workers up for failure. They didn't communicate anything about my move to these individuals. I was given two movers, one new (2 weeks on the job) and one experienced.

The move was timely and service team great. There was a break in our grandfather clock weight . The moving team called and filed the claim and spoke to someone right away. The waited 7 days so far without any firm time line for repair..I’m giving 3 stars in hopes that this repair gets don’t swiftly and I can amend my review.

Asked to review before charged. 6 hours cost over $1400, well over the estimate. Had to contact frequently to finally get a scheduled moving time literally the day before.
