When I first rented back in March I loved it here!! I’ve always dealt with Jennifer and she’s been great BUT just recently I met the manager (so she said) Elyse OMG that lady is rude!!! She was rude to the guy in front of me, myself, and another man that kept coming in she kept rolling her eyes directly at my face! She had owed me credit for a recommendation I had got a month prior then refused to give it me till the following month.

Imagine doing business with a company that completely hides itself from Better Business Bureau (avoid it by having various names). If you have any kind of complaint, they not there! Why are people taking a risk like this???

Provided notice in advance that I would no longer be needing the storage. Monthly fee were still deducted from my bank account and the never refunded me until now.

Very clean, secure, gated, alarms, cameras, weekend access, online rentals as well as in person. Daniel was super helpful and friendly, he answered all my questions! They have good pricing and specials, I highly reccomended!

My experience at My Self Storage in West Covina was beyond Great!! Daniel was courteous kind and caring. He was very knowledgeable of the units and took time to find one that best fit my needs. The facilities/grounds were always clean neat and organized which made it a pleasant visit every time. Thank you for such a Wonderful stay.
