This place just keeps getting worse. The doors you enter use to always be propped open, allowing easy access as you drag things to and from your car. Now you have to struggle holding this heavy door open and pulling your belongings through, on the dirty broken carts. Office workers always on break when you need to pay. Prices are going up as customer service plummets.

Well, reserved a unit to come sign this Friday for and they called me this afternoon. I returned a call today from them to be informed that they did not hold the unit and said it was "first come first serve" and they wouldn't have anything in the size for a while. Wish the website was more clear on that as I assumed going through the reservation process actually held it for you. Happy to pay a little more at another business now. Would not give them my business in the future for this reason.

Predatory price increases. I've had rent increase 100% over the last few years of having a unit here. They send out these petty emails justifying a price hike every year and sometimes twice a year. They straight lie and say our pricing is according to the market yet you can clearly go on their website and rent the same sized unit for half the price. Renter beware.

Horrible service. I went into the office to cancel and close my unit and for months I still continue to be charged. I was told have to pay balance in full in order to stop further charges from occurring. Such a waist or time and money doing business here! I would never recommend!!!!
Hi Jessica Carter, I looked further in this situation in our notes, and it appears there was not a voicemail set up with the number provided to us. I wanted to get more clarification on this also try to have her delete the review. We have not had contact with you since October of 2021 nor charged .

This storage facility is awesome! It is in a good location, the staff is very friendly, the gates and easily accessible and controlled. They monitor with cameras, I once left mt keys in the lock and they quickly called me that they saw my keys on a walkthrough. Great place!

Great storage location. I've been here for years and nothing has ever gone wrong. Only reason for for stars is because of the continual price hikes. Sadly I may have to look at other locations soon.
