2 of the 21 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for My Truck and I Need a Job are one or two star.
Worked out from 21 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
My recent experience working with “My Truck and I Need a Job” was excellent! From my initial communication with owner Thomas and his subsequent follow-up messages to confirm availability, price and schedule service, it was refreshing to work with a local mover who clearly, professionally and proactively communicated; how refreshing! His team members arrived right on time for pick-up in a very clean and substantial vehicle.
Great company. I would give them 9 of 10 if available We were scheduled late in the day. They arrived at 730pm. They were efficient and professional, in spite of the lateness of the day and squeezing me into their schedule and then me pestering them all day for a time frame of when they would arrive. I would have given them 5 (or 10) stars, if they had communicated better, even if it had been a text saying "your unload will be late in the evening, but we will be there"
I called My Truck and I Need a Job and spoke to Thomas. We scheduled a date to install our new sofa. Our sofa was delivered a day earlier than it was scheduled to be delivered. I called Thomas to see if he could install the sofa a day early as there was rain in the forecast and the delivery was sitting outside. Thomas and his Dad came to our home at 6:30 PM and installed the sofa. We are happy they did because we got a good rain that night and our new sofa would have got wet.
The guys moved my furniture from an upstairs office to another in town and I could not be more pleased. Everything was wrapped and handled so carefully and put together at the new spot perfectly. If you need something moved, I highly recommend them.
