My husband and I are relocating my MIL from MA to FL. I estimated our needs for furniture and boxes on the high side and we received a good price. The sales rep explained that they used 26 ft box trucks it would be loaded with 2 families only on the truck and would deliver from MA to FL in 4-6 days. I explained that I wanted to avoid the mega liner situation that we experienced with my mother's move 2 years ago due to the uncertainty of delivery dates. Well, low and behold... we got exactly what we did not want.
Please remove this review. We are not a long distance moving specialist. We are a real estate brokerage and local moving company in Surprise Az. You used New Start Relocation of Florida. Very unethucal company
If I could give zero stars I would. This company lies- they are not a full service moving company - they are a broker. It is illegal to lie about that by the way. I am out a 1000 when I called them months ago from the beginning to say I am …
The company you reviewd is the wrong company. You were swindled by New Start Relocation out of FLA. I own a small LOCAL moving and real estate company in Surprise Arizona. Please remove this review. Call me at [phone removed] Kevin Beasley perhaps I vould be a witness of your betrayal.
AVOID NEW START RELOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! TLDR; I would rather move every piece of furniture in my home…singlehandedly …in a snow storm… than deal with this company ever again. What I wanted was a new start, and what I got was a good …
You have reviewed the wrong company You have reviewed New Start Realty and Relocation LLC You should have reviewed New Start Relocation a mock up scandelous company in Florida. We specialize in Arizona real estate and local moving long distance on ocassion from Arizona only please remove
ZERO STARS !!! I have relocated multiple times throughout my career, and this was by far the worst moving experience me and my family have ever had. …
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jasmine from New Start Relocation offered me great professional advice on the best options to ship my personal items interstate. My conversation didn't feel at all like a sales pitch, rather like a human being genuinely interested in helping me with my move. Though in the end I didn't require their services, I greatly appreciated Jasmine's proactive nature and friendly disposition.
I enjoyed our conversation and glad I could help. There are many scandelous moving companies out there. Including one imitating our name. Be careful
