U-Haul Moving & Storage at Luke AFB

I wanted to take a moment to thank Timothy, the General Manager, for the incredible help he gave us during our move. Our original plan was to have our belongings delivered to Arizona, but our situation changed and we ended up needing everything moved to California instead. Timothy stepped in right away and helped us figure everything out. Changing the destination during a move can be stressful, but he made the process much easier than we expected. He was patient, understanding, and very helpful the entire time.

About a month ago, I visited this U-Haul location to rent out a truck and tow dolly for a one-way, out of state move. Brooke was the one who facilitated and processed my equipment rental. I greatly appreciated how patient, accommodative, and informative she was throughout the whole process. Even though there were a few minor technical difficulties along the way due to some software issues, Brooke handled these issues swiftly and professionally, and I was in-and-out within 20-30mins.

Timothy is the manager of this U-Haul location and he is fantastic! You can get 110 electricity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - just ask them to switch your space to 24 hour electricity. Everyone here is so helpful and they go above and beyond for you! Here is a video I did about this wonderful place.

Had a great experience, front desk personally did great advising me on the specifics so I wasn't blind sided if i went over the mileage and made it clear to fill up to avoid the inconvenience of losing my deposit. Thanks uhaul, I will be using again in the future.
