HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT HIRING THIS COMPANY. I spoke to Nancy and hired this company to help me move a couple large items out of my apartment based on their hourly rate listed in their ad which also says “no hidden fee’s”. I hired them for 3 hours, and placed a $100 deposit down. Upon the movers arrival they discovered my apartment had no service elevator and the stairs must be used. The mover immediately flew into a fit, yelling at me saying it was my responsibility to inform them there was no elevator.
This is not true. You went out of your way to not tell us you have 8 flights of stairs, 8 flights… , you didn’t tell us in your 10 emails or phone calls ! , secondly in … More
Quoted $600 for 4 hrs.paid $150 deposit. Upon arrival required $706 despite deposit. Pointed this out at which point was told won’t be able to get everything in one trip so moving the larger heavy items first and “then see where we are at”. Upon their needing to make a second trip and bc a second trip required another $528 (distance to new residence 1.6km). Had no other option at that point - they know that and take advantage and exploit.
Very unprofessional company with hidden cost, which would be generous to say rather than the reality which is false marketing/fraud. The movers which I think are also the owners were also very agitated and aggressive. Consumers please beware!
This is a fake review from a competitor , we were off for holidays for 3 weeks during this review and we have no customers by your name. Our movers are the friendliest and most professional, our least experienced mover has 5 years experience.
WORST MOVING SERVICE EVER. Rip off. Was forced to put a deposit, and then pay for a MINIMUM of 4 hours. They only did 1 hour of work and then complained that they had to get going to the next customer. Not to mention they swore at me, we’re unprofessional the entire time. Don’t worry, it’s gets worse. They tried to charge me an extra 35$ for this, 75$ for that, and another 50$ for whatever excuse the guy came up with.

I hired these guys to help my parents move. They were so unprofessional and swore at my parents. They took advantage of my parents & over charged & threatened my parents to pay them extra or else they would have to unload the truck …
Hey odie , none of our movers have swore at your parents , your parents paid for a full load which we provided then we charged them extra to go to a storage unit and move more stuff for them , we hope you can update this review , thank you
