Read reviews. Expect to pay 2-3 times more than the quote. Didn't wear masks when we asked. Charged us for packing materials without even using the materials we provided. Some furniture was damaged and $300 cash went "missing". Don't let them pack your stuff. Unprofessional, slow, expensive.

I already had anxiety about moving from California to Texas. I hired Eden's moving services to relocate (probably another mistake) who subcontracted to Ninja moving services. Now first and foremost, the crew was amazingly friendly and cordial, and I appreciate that and that was where it all ended. The packing services was done a day sooner than expected which was not a bad thing however upon unpacking I found that my 1860s wall clock which was to be crated was only wrapped in a blanket and tossed in a box.

I've never been more disappointed with a moving company than these guys. To sum it up they charged for 7.5 hours to move a 670 sq ft 1bed 1bath house costing me $1360($160 tip). I was quoted 160$/hr for 3 guys. My Preparation for the Move: As mentioned before we have a 1bed 1bath, we packed 90% of things in boxes and arranged them in the hall for them to move it to the truck. The remaining 10% were misc.

Don’t hire them. They use switch and bait policy to extort money from you. I was given a quote after they looked at my place and then on the day of moving after they loaded my things on the truck they jacked up the final price by more than 50% of the original quote. When I protested these guys literally threw my things on the road and I had to pick them up! I don’t know if you want to let these type of people enter your house.

Hi Rajesh, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We looked into our records and saw that you had a move with us at the end of summer 2022. We want to note that the company changed ownership in November 2022, and since then, we’ve … More

This is a review for a move in August 2021. Was a stressful move and got charged 66% more than the quoted price. I was quoted $420 and was ultimately charged $700. Mover was also unprofessional and yelled at me in front of the front desk who then called me later to verify my safety. Mover went through a clearly marked emergency exit which caused the building alarm to go off. HOA charged me $250 for this violation. Never again. Don't do it.

Hello Radha, we are very sorry to hear that you experienced such poor service in August 2021. Please note that the ownership and managment of Ninja changed in November 2022, and the type of actions that you mention would not be tolerated under the new management.

The move was okay. Couple things that irked me. Most of the taping and wrapping is completely unnecessary. Taping my matress? Really, guys? They will nickle and dime you everywhere. I moved a single bedroom. Basically a king size …

Hello Bryan, we're sorry you were unhappy. Our wrapping and taping procedures are not to nickel and dime customers, they are to protect their furniture, even mattresses, which easily tear and soil. TVs are also very easily damaged.

BEWARE! This company is running a SCAM! They quote a low price, then load all of your belongings onto their truck, and then inflate the price over 100%. You have no choice but to sign onto the new price and pay the extortion to get your …

Everything is great except the arrival time professionally wrapped everything, wore covid masks. Daneil, Beto, Edgar they are very courteous and they did everything in given estimated time. Great job Ninja Movers. Would Recommend them.

I had a pretty complicated move from two cities into one destination: several fragile and large items along with a household’s worth of boxes. Exiting a SF address that did not face a street (requiring everything to go through a hallway-size tunnel) was one of the many challenges. In the end everything arrived unscathed at my new home with personal service. Moving is stressful, hard work, and there is a lot at stake—but these guys got me moved quickly and painlessly as possible.

Just recently moved and I couldn't be more satisfied with Ninja Movers. They provided excellent moving services and really took care of my things. My furniture was nicely blanket wrapped and arrived totally safe and scratch/chip free. Didn't take up too much of my day at all. Highly recommend!
