Not sure where all these positive reviews came from but we were fooled. They have unethical billing, movers who constantly remind you to tip them while they’re loading and take an hour lunch when the destination point is 15 minutes away! This was all on my dime. When I gave feedback to Brandon, he was extremely rude and justified the behaviour rather than finding a solution. Save your money and book a mover who is professional and values you and a customer.

The On the Move team did an outstanding job for us. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, the positive attitude and overall friendliness. Amazing to see how much they are able to fit into a 26’ truck. How they maneuvered the stairs and corners with large pieces of furniture is beyond me. No damage, no complaints, no stopping. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a household mover. You won’t find better. Thank you Sean, Freddy and Chad. You really are an amazing team.

From start to finish, they provided excellent service. The booking was extremely easy. They showed up exactly on time and as promised. They packed up everything with time, attention and care. Even though there were angles and stairs and difficult things to get around, they didn’t damage a single wall. They organized the rooms exactly as we wanted. There were multiple stops where they took things from one house and moved it to another, and then went to a third home.

Brandon and his team were top notch from start to finish. The boxes they provided, wrapping and tape (free of charge) was a lifesaver and made our move much more pleasant and efficient. The moving team was fantastic, they worked really hard, and moved everything as safely and quickly as possible. Highly recommend the onthemove!
