One Direction Movers

No accountability from the owner at all, and he doesn’t expect any from his employees either. My stuff went missing, and instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame my kids instead of admitting his workers might’ve taken it. The crew showed up late, spent a lot of time on their phones and smoking, then went over their scheduled time and still expected me to pay for it. The owner talks a big game about being professional, but he won’t answer calls and only texts using AI to send his replies.

I'm so disappointed in how this company treated my elderly mom. We hired One Direction Movers to unload a moving truck that had come across the country. The crew was late and came in stages and had no moving material with them (dolly, drop cloths for the floor, etc). One can look past scuff marks (boo) and tardiness but what I cannot overlook is how the owner screamed at my mom over the phone when she asked him to consider a reduction on her costs given the disappointing experience.

Man when I tell you this was the WORST experience in my life i want to give them 0 stars if I could but Chris with one direction is one of the most RUDEST and UNPROFESSIONALISM I’ve ever dealt with ! He tried to keep saying I’m trying to do insurance fraud because I waited a week to file a claim when in fact it was 2 days btw the claim department said I had up to 2 months to file a claim.

I don’t like writing reviews… Instead, I will tell you a fun story about how inefficient, unwilling, and entitled these people are, so you understand why you should avoid them despite their lower quotes. Here it goes: > Hire 2 movers for 2 hours over U-Haul and enter “Studio to 1 BR apartment” as the unit to be moved into the system. > When they text you “we will be loading a 1BR apartment into 1 ReloCube” to confirm your order, AFFIRM their statement by saying “1BR and 1 ReloCube are correct”.

Two young guys showed up. Didn't seem experienced. Packing our UHaul truck they did a not so great job. I don't think they understand that all the space in the truck has value. They left about 40% of the truck vacant. We are redoing it all now. I didn't expect I would have to supervise them. They were good workers but didn't seem to have that 'skill.' Don't believe their response below. They were not hired to just move larger things we could not handle. That is untrue.

What a joke!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! These people were the most unprofessional movers I’ve ever seen. They just “attempted” to help move my elderly mother in law. They were late, had no moving equipment, and the owner had the audacity to yell at her when she asked for a discount given her experience!!! I’m telling everyone I know about this and hope that their reputation will suffer so that no one ever uses them. If you are looking to use this company, go the OTHER DIRECTION!!!!

Worst movers ever!! Where in the middle of a huge mover and we've had other movers help us. We hire these guys to help with our second truck and they did an absolutely terrible job. We had to completely take out everything they did and repack. They packed things that we didn't want packed and they packed it with tons of space in between our truck. Don't waste your money and your physical time!! Plus the owner discounts for reviews...what does that say

Worst experience ever! Unfortunately I couldn't be there when they loaded up my Uboxes, this is how they looked when I opened them up! None of the furniture blankets had been opened and used they were just stuffed in between. I confronted the owner, showed him the pictures he said that's the way they pack ! I definitely would NOT use this company and no I was not looking for a free job !
