The rating breakdown
0 of the 35 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Piano Wizards are one or two star.
Worked out from 35 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Milwaukee
1.9 percentage points lower than the middle of the 19 movers in Milwaukee we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Such a smooth experience! The two gentlemen who came to remove our piano (to be recycled/gotten rid of) were punctual, polite, and extremely quick. We also had a good experience with the Piano Wizards online contact too where we were texted the price of the removal promptly on the next business day since we reached out over the weekend. Unfortunately though, Piano Wizards couldn't come out for about 2.5 weeks.
Hello Lynn ~ Thank you SO much for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We REALLY appreciate the 5-stars! We strive to keep our pricing as affordable as possible and still remain in business. Knowing you gathered another quote and came back to us means a lot.
Truly wizards at work! They've moved my extra heavy baby grand without complaint, 6 times in the last 25 years. Up a tight, narrow, low-ceilinged stairway and back down again, in one case. I still don't know how they did it - it's definitely magic! They are the best - they even knew how to help me manage my anxiety about moving my baby. Every time, they took care, never rushed, and even pulled out a level and helped me adjust things to compensate for the slightest slope detected in the floor of my home.
Hello Elizabeta - We are finally Google verified and I can publicly thank you for your generous review :)You are a kind and valued customer and it's such a privilege to be of service when your beloved piano needs to be moved.
Absolutely the best piano movers! I have moved my piano 6 times and this was by far smoothest, most professional and absolutely no damage at all! I will call this company again when I need to move it back! Thank you !
Many thanks for your generous review!!! It means SO much to us. Thank you for keeping us informed prior to the move day of the time commitment on the location side, it really helped! We are so glad you found us and it will be our privilege to move your piano when you are in need of our services!
I recently hired Piano Wizards to move my baby grand piano. This was after having another company fail to accomplish the job and left the piano on the basement floor. They were able to come and properly assess the tools needed to move it, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and handled my piano with extreme care.
Hello Larron ~ Thank you so much for your 5-star generous review! We take pride in our work and truly appreciate your compliments. Jared, the owner of Piano Wizards, has instilled in all of us the importance of customer service and the team carries it off in their interactions.
