I went here with my husband looking to transition from my 15 year old Casio to something more professional. I came here hoping to be able to try some pianos out and get a feel for which brands/models I preferred. We got paired with Dan, and he was honestly so amazing! He taught us about the mechanics that go into every model, and took into consideration everything I told him about my play style, what genres of music I lean towards, and my experience level. I had the time of my life playing everything.
Can’t compliment the staff and service enough. Punctual, professional and friendly. My move went flawlessly. Thank you to the entire staff.

If your looking for a piano this is the place for you. Their customer service and response time was immediate. I contacted them on line and got a call from Daniel to discuss my specific piano needs and setup an appointment. We were literally in the store within 1.5 hours. Daniel took the time to show and review all the pianos my 11 year old son was interested in. He made us both feel comfortable and didn’t rush us as my son played music on several pianos before he picked the one he wanted.

Great store with great people. They did an amazing job retrofitting my piano with a digital player. The library of 10,000 songs has brought a renewed sound to our house. If you have a boat anchor sitting in your house but love the sounds that it used to make, check out a retrofit.
