As a preface, I believe that all moving companies trap you into a false sense of thinking you are getting a good deal and then the price goes up at the end and you are stuck and desperate and you feel pressured into going with the inflated cost. The estimate started out at $2200, went to $2800 and then $3200 and ended up being around $4,000 including the tips. They damaged my front porch in Florida and the stairs.

I recently moved from Florida to California using Pinnacle Van Lines, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Steve and his team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and made sure the entire process went smoothly. My delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition, which gave me great peace of mind during a long-distance move.
I hired this company to help me get settled into my new home today. The team from Pinnacle Van Lines came to the house, and they were very focused on the job from the moment they walked in the door. They moved about 40 boxes, and they were careful not to bump anything. The move was completed in about few hours, and I am satisfied with the final result.
This company really knows what's involved in customer service. All the people I talked to were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The crew was on time, efficient and ensured that everything was positioned exactly where I wanted it. They were far better than expected in every respect.
Moving our accounting office seemed daunting, especially with several computers and filing cabinets. The crew marked all sections, got all electronics firmly in place and even assisted with reconnecting workstations after unloading. We got back to work much earlier than we thought we would!
