Paid to have them pack dishes and other breakables in dish packs. Also paid for extra insurance (100% coverage). Three broken dishes (family heirlooms). Claim for reimbursement denied. United is very dishonest.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We hired them to move our office a very short distance, just a couple of offices and a conference room less than 3 miles away, and it turned into one of the worst vendor experiences we have had. For context, I almost never write online reviews. But this experience was bad enough that I felt others should be aware. We scheduled the move 3 months in advance and agreed on pricing at that time.

Initially they where attentive and responded promptly and things where moved in an efficient manner. At the end of my move was when chaos began. I had multiple pieces of furniture damaged and 3rd party fee's that they stated where included …

These people moving are not using space it the boxes efficiently, they put one thing in a box and start stuffing it with packing paper. Since they charge by volume, it’s literally like trying to scam my money.

Best Moving experience I have ever had. I had a great moving team. They wrapped every piece of furniture beautifully and transported it without incident. Took apart the furniture and put it back together seamlessly. Highly recommend this moving company. And the price was very reasonable and competitive.
