This company did a fantastic job moving the piano. The guys were careful, quick and professional. Unfortunately, when it came to calling into the office, the gentleman, I believe he was the owner, I spoke with rude, talked over me, unhelpful, brash and completely disrespectful then hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again. What a shame he ruined future business for this repeat customer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME This is the first bad review I have ever had to write for any company. I am not someone who jumps to write a bad review every time I receive bad customer service, so take my word when I say do NOT use this company. On Thursday, I filled out their questionnaire online and received an email from Marvin with just a price (no other additional information.) I replied to ask how to schedule, and if we could schedule on weekends. He instructed me to call to schedule.
These guys are super unprofessional and there communication is poor and they will hang up the phone on you. If you want your piano to show up in one piece I would not use them. *please note.- reply to the business* There was no arguing in between the buyer and seller we were just getting the pay pal information so we could pay for the piano. We told the movers before we set up the appointment that we had not seen the piano and wanted to check it out before buying it and they said that’s totally fine.
Unfortunately we were unable to move Mrs. Ashley Kirkland’s piano today due to a conflict between her and the seller of the piano. Our crew arrived on time at 2:30 today in Escondido. Upon arrive the seller of the piano would not allow our crew to pick up the piano due to Mrs.
We needed to move our piano so we called them and scheduled a move for a Wednesday. The day came and went with no contact from them, so my wife called them. Marvin was unprofessional and arrogant and disrespectful. He proceeded to tell her that he had the move scheduled for Friday. My wife informed him that when she booked the move it was for Wednesday, and knew this to be a fact due to the logistics of who was available at our pick up location.
The owner was very rude! He was paid his money when he picked up the piano. When he delivered the piano to the destination, he tried to get $200 more out of my brother and said he was liar. My brother never spoke to the man, I did. He had asked me if there were stairs and I said no there was only a threshold. He never asked me anything else. When he arrived at the destination, He said the path to the house would require boards of which he had in his truck.

This is the 7th time I have used this company. They have always been punctual, courteous, caring and careful. The two men that came today were no exception. They followed my instructions for parking, we have limited street parking, and they were smiling and pleasant the whole time. They were in and out with my baby grand piano in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for your move. I live in the San Fernando Valley moving the piano to Santa Clarita.

I had a great experience with Pro Piano Movers. Marvin was incredibly responsive to my enquiry and worked with me to help plan the long-distance delivery. He and his team arrived on time for the pick up and were friendly throughout our interaction. I thought the price was more that reasonable given the distance they had to travel, and my piano arrived on time on the scheduled date. I would absolutely hire them again!

Fast, Friendly and Efficient! We just had a piano relocated and it was a breeze. Pro Piano Movers offered a 2 hour pickup window, arrived on time and were completely on task. The two man team got the job done. I would recommend them if you are looking for relocation or storage. Their standard relocation fee with a 10 mile delivery was $300. Completely worth it!
