Not professional movers, inefficient and clumsy. Damage to multiple items after furniture and expensive equipment was carelessly moved, and scuffed and scraped against door frames. Absurdly overpriced considering the quality. Movers appeared to move deliberately slow and walked like they were shopping the grocery store aisles. Infuriating.
I’m sorry but what date did we move you exactly? I’m having trouble finding you in our system to confirm which movers it was that did this, please advise.
We had used this company before so we were very disappointed in the service or lack of service we experienced recently. Movers had no supplies even though wardrobe boxes had been requested. Truck arrived with other items including a refrigerator. Would not recommend using this company.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We have since moved on with new employees and intend to never have this issue arise again.

Scheduler was courteous and responsive. Movers were on time and worked at a quick but safe pace. They were understanding and wore masks when I asked them to, given the current pandemic and a family member’s health issues. This was a good experience.

OMG this team is AWESOME / FANTASTIC / TERRIFIC !!!!! I can't say enough about them. I called Anita the co-owner and wife of FRANK, the other co-owner when I saw one of their signs in my Newbury Park neighborhood. Clearly it was a SIGN from GOD. I needed them Monday July 6th to move a 1100 sq ft two-bedroom + den with a LOT of BIG furniture and 30 boxes. The crew consisted of FRANK, ELIJAH, ERIC, and CHRIS.

Frank a did a tremendous job supervising my move in July 2023. He and his helper skillfully packed my paintings. Not a single item was damaged. Frank has a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor that made the cumbersome job of moving much easier for me. I would definitely recommend him to prospective customers in the future.
