If you're going to spend this kind of money on a move, just spend a little more on full service movers. After the delays, poor communication, and the clearance on the truck being impossibly high, you end up paying them too much to do a lot of work yourself and not have your move/stuff for a while after your arrive at your destination. They advertise a great military discount too but it really isn't great. I will never make this mistake again.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is highly unprofessional and not at all dependable. They have been delaying my delivery date so many times. My truck was supposed to arrive last week. I am still waiting for it to arrive. …

This place this horrible! I don’t even want to give is a start but to give them a rating I have to. They make you pay a lot of money to get this huge truck that u can only use a small part. And if you go over your Space they charge you $1000 more. I wasn’t happy with the services. The drivers were nice. U-Haul would have been cheaper and gave us more room. They would unload for us. And pack for us if we wanted. They would also give us boxes. This place you pack did not help at all.

In their own words
I was really hesitant to use a service like this because of some of the ratings, but I had a really positive experience. I had wanted to get the Relocube instead of the trailer, but their Relocubes were out of stock in my area for the dates I needed them. The customer service assistant got me the trailer instead, though, and it tured out to be a much better deal anyway and took a lot of worry out of the equations because I would have more than enough space if I needed it and I only paid for what I used.
I had a seamless experience from start to finish. UPack sent consistent communication before and throughout the move; people at both the drop off site and pick up site were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating; and the price was great. I'm so glad I use Pack for my move!
I went with U-Pack because they had a better price than PODs. We had our relocube stored at a facility instead of delivered to our new address, and it arrived promptly. Minus one star because after calling to confirm that we would be unloading on x date, upon arrival, our cube had somehow ended up 2 hours away. Staff seemed confused when they couldn't find it at the yard it was supposed to arrive at. Luckily, we had an air tag on it and told them where it was.

We have never moved using Relocubes before but it went very well. We ordered two relocubes for the contents of our 2 bedroom condo and things fit well. We made sure to pack things well as these freight trucks don't have shocks (I think). Literally nothing broke. All items arrived in great shape. Packing blankets, sturdy boxes, packing paper...all a must. We lined the bottoms with a tarp. Even though there is a large window of time for pick-up and delivery...you can still call and try to find out a narrower window.
